We believe that by respecting all the characteristics and constraints of the person we can greatly improve the chances of adopting healthy active lifestyle habits to be maintained throughout life. Not just temporarily. We call it “Physical education through physical literacy”.

In this sense, we favour activities that include sustained effort and that are practiced in various environments: cycling, running, swimming, triathlon, with muscle strengthening as needed to prevent injury while you push to reach your goals.

Step 1

Initial Musculoskeletal Assessment

Duration: 60 min.

  • Motrix works according to the basic principles of physical activity science and aims at homeostasis of the different domains of physical literacy (physical, cognitive, social and psychological). Before establishing a plan, we need to know the basic parameters and identify the type of client we are dealing with. Each individual is different and our practitioners will help you optimize your progress according to your reality

Duration: 60 min.

  • To increase the chances of success, the proposed exercise prescription is personalized to fit your daily and individual reality. The equipment available and your schedule will be considered by the practitioner in order to eliminate weaknesses and help you progress safely.

Step 3

Follow the plan! After completing the first two steps with one of our trainers, just follow the roadmap to your goals. If you hit a roadblock, don’t worry! Your coach is there to help you along the way.

Monthly Training Plan


$115 /month ($130 /month for multi sports)

  • Mental Performance Guidance:

    Introduction to basic mental performance strategies and techniques.

  • Communication:

    Email support for training plan modifications and general questions.

  • Monthly Meeting:

    One meeting per month for a comprehensive review of progress and training adjustments.

With a monthly personalized training plan, athletes receive the essential tools to work towards their goals. They can stay connected through email support and benefit from monthly in-person/virtual meetings to review progress and make necessary adjustments to their training.
